Performance Training

Athletic Training

Our athletic training services include taping, injury care, bracing, sport-specific training, and emergency care for athletes during games and practices.

We have a certified athletic trainer (AT-C) on staff who is an expert in identifying, preventing, and managing injuries that arise because of physical activity. AT-Cs help to avoid injuries that could require medical attention and can provide guidance for those looking to return to their desired physical activity.

Speed Training

Take your speed to the next level with the Tuff Tread Elite treadmill. Trusted by top athletes and coaches, our performance treadmill offers a range of high speeds, incline heights, and training functions. The lightweight harness system provides safety and security for everyone, from the rehab patient to the high speed athlete.

Personal training with our NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialists paired with our high-quality treadmill can enhance the effectiveness of your workouts and challenge your limits.

Speed Training Protocols

Our speed training protocols are scientifically developed to help athletes rapidly build sustainable speed, power, agility, and endurance with optimal running form and efficiency. These translate to peak performance and injury prevention for any sport. Additionally, to keep athletes at the top of their game, our protocols also include core strength, flexibility, and reaction time training.

After completing the first protocol shortly after the end of track season, we have seen 5A state track medalist athletes increase their speed by 3-7 mph with additional increases in power and strength.

Swimming Lessons

We offer swim lessons at our facility every two weeks throughout most of the year. Swim classes are four days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Lessons begin at 4:30 pm and last 45 minutes, with classes starting every 45 minutes. Lessons cost $50.00 per child enrolled.

Swim Class Types

Beginner Swimming Lessons

Beginner swim lessons are for ages 4 and up, and children must be potty trained. Classes help children acclimate to the water and teach basic safety principles.

Intermediate Swimming Lessons

Intermediate swim lessons are designed to teach children the basics of swim strokes and further their knowledge of pool and water safety.

Swim Class Information

Class sizes are small with a maximum size of 4 students. One-on-one lessons can be arranged. Make-up lessons are scheduled with the instructor for Saturdays as needed due to illness or holidays. All swim instructors are CPR certified and water safety certified.

Pool House Etiquette

Please have children shower on site prior to getting in the pool. Showering helps remove soaps and oils from the skin and hair. This helps us keep the pool chemical and pH balances in ideal ranges. No food or drink is allowed in the pool area, except for water.

About Our Pool

Our pool ranges from about 3 ft. deep to 5 ft. at the deepest and has a gentle downward slope. The pool temperature is maintained at 91°F and the hot tub at 102°F.  Please enter the pool via the south door that leads straight into the pool house. The swim instructor will have this door open for you.
